1) Before use, wash your hands and face thoroughly and dry . 2) Open the pouch and peel off the protective film carefully not to touch the needle part of the patch. 3) Press gently for 5 seconds from the center to the edge of the patch so that the needle can penetrate deeply. 4) Remove the patch after about 2 hours. (It is more effective when used at night)
